We are Josh and Samantha Brooks, also known as Mr. and Mrs. PoPo. As a family business, our mission is to serve with a purpose... Our passion lies in making great food, especially our Kansas City BBQ and BBQ sauces, that people truly enjoy, while bringing a culture of hospitality into everything we do.
We are humbled and grateful for the many customers over the years who have trusted us, a law enforcement veteran owned business, with their special occasions, big events, and even simple weeknight meals.

Giving Back
As a family business, we are proud to support our community. Sgt. Josh Brooks, a law enforcement veteran, has dedicated the last 18 years to serving others. We are honored to contribute to the Kansas Chapter, Concerns of Police Survivors (Kansas C.O.P.S.), an organization that offers crucial support to the families of fallen law enforcement officers. A portion of the proceeds from each bottle of our BBQ sauce will help further their important mission.
